That anon was probably responding to this video I just put on facebook (ya creep). I can finally draw my 55 lb. bow! I needed to seriously put on some muscle for this and I’m pretty satisfied with myself right now.
Con staff can kiss my firmly shaped buttocks.
Greetings anonymous knower of all rules.
Trust me, I don’t plan to fully draw my bow anywhere inside the building. I know when to pick my battles. I’ll check out their weapon rules again, but the rules usually depend on who feels like enforcing them. If they cause a fuss, I’ll tell them that it would be more dangerous to unstring it without the proper equipment at the con than it would be to have a bow strung without proper arrows.
Worst case, I hang out outside. The intricacy of the cable on my compound bow was the whole point, so with all respect to the rules and the idiots who made them make those rules, idgaf.
